Customer Service / Order Processor
Scheid Produce is seeking an efficient and accurate customer service representative to process telephone orders and assist walk-in customers. This is a full time position, with an average of 40 hours a week. Monday – Friday, weekends, and varied schedules as needed. Customer service is open from 5:30am – 4:30pm M-F and Sunday 5pm-9pm. This position requires someone who is very flexible to cover all shifts when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone and route calls
- Process customer orders
- Prepare invoices and shipping documents
- Greet and wait on walk-in customers
- Perform various duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Good telephone etiquette
- Ability to multi-task

- Detail oriented

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evening and weekends
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion
- Maintain communication with other departments including sales, warehouse and accounting
- Generate customer invoices and oversee pricing to ensure accuracy
